Meeting new people every day and helping them with their real estate needs is what I love and it looks different for everyone at different points in their lives. To some, they may be wanting to sell so they can be free to follow their dreams of travel, or to others it may mean making a smarter financial move, still to others it may be relocating closer to job or family or maybe it's the joy of first time home ownership! Whatever season of life you find yourself in, I have the knowledge, negotiation skills & experience you need. Being in real estate for 12+ years and living in both Davidson and Williamson counties for 35 years, aides me well in my local area & market knowledge. In addition to the experience that time alone brings, I also pride myself on continuing my education. I strive to keep myself educated in my industry by taking advanced education courses, serving on local committees and earning advanced certifications to better serve my clients. Laurie juggled these hats well for us! Some of those hats, besides realtor, included: therapist, marriage mediator, design consultant, structural engineer, radon gas mitigator, financing counselor, tax planner. Laurie would probably tell you these roles are out of her wheelhouse and that’s true, but all joking aside she is very versatile and resourceful. Her attention to detail was impeccable.
